I had to design a series of flyers to consolidate all the information about the New Youth Philanthropy Program, so that individuals could clearly understand what the program offers, including details on its location, schedule, and registration process. Additionally, I included a QR code linking to a form where interested parties could sign up. I used Canva and Phtoshop to create it.
NEWSLETTER
In addition to designing the flyers, I was also responsible for creating and managing the newsletters. My role included developing a streamlined, concise version of the newsletter for email distribution, which featured brief summaries and clickable links. These links directed recipients to a more comprehensive online version of the newsletter, where they could access and read the full articles. This approach ensured that subscribers received a succinct overview while still having the opportunity to delve into detailed content at their convenience.

I was also responsible for managing the Bloomerang platform, a tool for handling donations, donor information, and financial transactions. My tasks included setting up and configuring the system to meet our needs, tracking donor engagement, processing contributions, and maintaining financial records. By leveraging Bloomerang, I streamlined our donation processes, improved donor relationships, and gained valuable insights into our fundraising efforts.
